Suman Kumar Luthra is a Lead Architect at Huawei Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd with over 13 years of experience in the software industry as a developer, technical leader, and architect. Suman has experience in carrier-grade standards-based VoIP technologies (SIP) and programming proficiency in C/C++ and large-scale software development and maintenance. He has worked in multi-cultural teams and has more than 2 years of overseas work experience in China. Suman's past companies include Huawei Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd., where he worked as a Lead Architect and Technical Leader. He has also contributed to the organization by conducting workshops on reliability, maintainability, and performance engineering, creating and managing organization-level knowledge sharing portals for software design and architecture, and being a technical chair committee member for organizational-level technology conferences. Suman's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering from IIT and a High School degree in Science and Computers from St. Thomas' College, Dehradun.
